Over the last couple of weeks I've really struggled with the pressures of getting everything done. It’s so easy to get attached to your phone and lately I've felt that it’s continually in my hand as I reply to messages, texts and emails, which I'm sure a lot of people can relate to. The weather was so lovely and sunny outside and I suddenly had a reality check "what AM I doing!!" Having strong feelings of missing out and with the surf looking amazing too, I decided to get together a little picnic, put down my phone and take myself on a little adventure. Being a spontaneous type moment, I didn't really have much to pack in the basket apart from a bit of fruit. Knowing that I'd need something a bit more substantial before a surf, I thought it would be a great opportunity to try my new fruity Herbalife Nutrition shakes. So, I whipped up a delicious Formula 1 Strawberry Delight and Summer Berries, packed them as part of my picnic and headed off to the beach. Staying away from the Bank Holiday crowds, I laid my picnic spot up on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Instantly I started to feel better and my head felt clearer.
