My Surf Coaching Summer
I was never really sure how to combine working and earning a living with something that I love doing.
I could never do a job that meant being inside for long hours and so going for my ISA Level 1 Surf Instructor was probably the best decision I’ve ever made.
Qualifying as a Surf Instructor has made the beach my “office” and each day coaching is different meeting new people and seeing the smile I can put on their faces when they stand up on the board for the first time is payment in itself.
Working outside with the elements you might not think that a Surf Coach needs to be kitted out with much other than a bit of sun cream and a wetsuit, but there have been two items I couldn’t have been without this Season…..check out the little blog I did recently for Northcore to find out more about what have been my Summer essentials…..
